Experimental Activities of 11th Grade Students in Biology
On November 30, Mr. Piseth Hoeun led 11th grade students to do a biology experiment on the topic: Identification of Starch and the Action of Amylase Enzyme on Starch. To experiment, students need materials such as test tubes, trays, iodine solution, rice flour, syringes, various fruits and vegetables. The purpose of the experiment was for students to identify starch, observe the activity amylase of saliva on starch, and inspire experimental passion.
